“Food has always played a big part in my household. Aside from it bringing family and friends together, cooking is something that is genuinely enjoyable for me. Being a native Korean, most of the food I ate growing up were Korean dishes but I also got the pleasure of discovering the foods of other cultures when I moved to the US. I moved to the Bay Area 10 years ago to start my food truck business of Korean fusion food mixed with other cultures for people to enjoy.
