To do this, we take care of the following for you:
RECRUITMENT AND SCHEDULING
We recruit and schedule for you, and send calendars approximately one month in advance so employees remain informed of upcoming food trucks.
ONLINE ORDERING COORDINATION
Coordination of online ordering. Meals can be easily purchased through online ordering, making it easy for your employees or residents to choose their meals before picking them up.
HEALTH PERMIT AND FIRE SAFETY COMPLIANCE
We ensure all the food trucks in our network are in compliance with health permits and fire safety before they are deployed to serve.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS
We will take note of any specific environmental considerations you may have.
NOTATION OF ALLERGENS
If there are any allergens that need to be considered, we will take this into account when choosing food trucks for your service.
RISK MANAGEMENT
Our single point risk management includes $7M in general liability insurance, $1M automobile liability, and $1M worker compensation insurance.
NO UPFRONT COSTS
There is no upfront cost nor any recurring costs to implement this program. However, one thing we do ask with every new pop up service there is a minimum sales guarantee to ensure the program's viability. How this works:
- If the truck's sales exceed the minimum sales guarantee, you will not have to cover anything.
- If the truck's sales do not exceed the minimum sales guarantee, you will be responsible for covering the difference between their actual sales and the minimum sales guarantee. For example, if a truck does $750 in sales and your minimum sales guarantee is $800, you will be responsible for covering the $50 shortfall. The food trucks will send you an invoice after the event, so you don’t have to handle paying the trucks before they leave.
- For reference, the average food truck order for a single customer ranges roughly from $12 to $15. If a location can see 55 to 60 customers per service date, it should not have a problem covering a minimum sales guarantee.
Please note, we implemented the minimum sales guarantee in order to ensure the long-term viability of the program at your site. This guarantee ensures a selection of quality food trucks through a sustainable business model and provides a quality experience for your employees or residents.
