" Buri Buri started with a group of friends who all had the same passion for eating good food. As we were talking about different foods we enjoyed, there was one thing in common. They all contained rice. Coming from different cooking backgrounds, we came up with the idea to make Donburi! Donburi is a Japanese rice bowl consisting of different proteins and toppings.
