  • Crafted and designed by Moveable in 2018 and launched in 2019, The Garden at the Flea boasts over 35,000 square feet of vibrant outdoor event space within the iconic San José Flea Market, complete with a beer garden, live performance stage, food trucks and retail vendor market. Currently Moveable manages all of the programming and marketing for The Garden at the Flea, bringing its own self-produced Berryessa Night Markets as well as an exciting array of community produced events like Moon Fest and FAHM Jam.

  • Moveable’s company San José Made works with its community of over 2,000 creative small businesses to create annually six large scale craft fairs and numerous maker markets, seeing over 200,000 total attendees each year. Notable events include SJMADE Friend Fest, SJMADE Fest, SJMADE Summer Fair, and its flagship event, SJMADE Holiday Fair.

  • In collaboration with the San José Downtown Association and the City of San José, the MOMENT Downtown San José Pop-Up Program significantly lowers the barrier of entry for local creative small businesses to have their retail storefront in downtown San José. The current program now has over 15 small businesses across 3 districts in downtown San José.

  • Moveable thrives in combining high-level street food with locally minded live performances, retail vendors and community partners to create exciting night market experiences like its recent Gordon Biersch Night Market series, Story Road Night Market series and Berryessa Night Market series.

MOMENT focuses on the activation of new, empty, or underutilized retail storefront spaces to reduce retail vacancies, increase opportunities for creative small businesses, and help create exciting community-minded destinations.

San José Made (also known as SJMADE) creates high-visibility impactful opportunities for its 2,000+ creative small businesses (makers, artists, designers, illustrators, crafters) through its annual calendar of large-scale craft fairs and makers markets as well as its storefront program for local small businesses: SJMADE Program.
